I have just received my first query sent via the website contacts form since the update on June 7 this year, and I confirmed it’s working by sending myself a message, which arrived immediately. So all is fine now – but every submission and query about the agency, editorial work or anything else sent from there since that date needs to be resent. I apologise for the hassle!
