    Thanks!

Oh, she was 8 pounds, 14.5 ounces, 19 inches long and was born at 6:46 pm!

More pictures to come as soon as I get around too it! We are both pretty tired so we've been sleeping a LOT. I'm breastfeeding this time (YAY! my other kids my milk never came in) so she eats every hour or less.

    So excited!

So you should be. Kids, what would life be without them...boring I'd imagine.

Hubby looks happy. How many do you have DG?

    Oh many, many Congratulations, Dusty!

The baby is adorable -- and surprisingly finished-looking for one day old. I suppose it's all a matter of honing your skills with repetition. You do excellent work.

Are we all going to be virtual godmothers and godfathers?

(Do remember what happens when you fail to invite certain individuals to a christening, and make sure that everyone has the appropriate place setting for the lavish festivities afterward. The economy, you say? But who do you think invented the failing economy? The bad fairies still want to be invited, and the invitations had better be gilt edged.)

Congratulations, Dustie! A beautiful baby, and I wish you both a healthy and speedy recovery from the process... and a happy and active (and therefore challenging for guess who:D) time....

    Oh, huge congratulations!!!:D

She's so beautiful and it's such a beautiful name! :)

And glad to hear that it went well, and relatively easily - speaking from experience I know how much that makes a difference!

"Yes," quoth he, gently disentangling small fingers from beard, "it is definitely a baby. Even one as inexperienced as I to the ┬┐joys? of parenthood can be definitive on that point. (not that we were expecting yo to deliver an elfling or a kitten, understand, but ultrasound scans don't tell you everything) She is, that is, although it will be a little while before the distinction makes any difference. Anyway, she's beautiful, which I guess is a good start.

    Congratulations."

Beautiful girl, Dusty. Takes me back to my daughter's birth, one of the top three moments of my life (my son and my wife are the other two, naturally).

Glad to hear that you guys are doing great. Hope she's relatively quiet at night time, and that you're getting rest.
