Surfing Samurai Robots by Mel Gilden is a bit of a romp and Detective story all at one.

I have the hardback.

There was a UK series called Hyperdrive which I actually had quite a soft spot for. "You marvelled. I saw you marvel." An underrated show in my opinion.

There are lots of great Science Fiction elements in Community. I especially liked the dark timeline story.

I vaguely remember reading a series of "Star Wreck" books in the 90's as I was going through a phase of reading a lot of Star Trek books and thought I'd give them a try. I wouldn't recommend them.

Another one rarely seen again is The Strangerers from Sky which I though was OK. It too can be found on YouTube of course

And, off topic but, does anyone else remember the comedy fantasy Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire? Another one I thought OK, but never got another series

I definitely marveled. Don't know if I will recover.

Maybe if I watch Bridge on the River Kwai again.

There is a DVD boxset release (BBCDVD2467) which has both seasons. I was less than impressed.

I read the back covers of one those Star Wreck books. That out me of right away.
