Not sure how I feel about this one, I'm not an Emmerdale fan so haven't seen her work but am willing to wait before I judge :D
Following Karen Gillan's Amelia Pond will be very hard though, she has my sympathies in that respect!

We have 1-4... I don't think I will ever grow of the Looney Tunes cartoons!
As for me and my recent purchases
Attack the Block
Angel-A
Chicago
Bridesmaids
I've only watched Bridesmaids so far and thought it was rather funny. Am looking forward to Angel-A, I like Luc Besson's films...
The Artist - I can't put into words how much I loved this film...
Red - Really enjoyed it, thought Helen Mirren was ace!
Paul - again... I never tire of watching this film
Just Go With It... a typical Happy Madison movie but that just makes me love it all the more, I like that Adam Sandler...
Just finished Moon Over Soho by Ben Aaronovitch. I love these books (first one was Rivers of London)... can't wait for the next instalment!
Not sure what to read next, my life has been so hectic of late (in a usual school/work/mum way not doomy and gloomy) that I'm on the look out for...
Bit of a movie marathon yesterday, also managed to squeeze in...
Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban which I always enjoy although the missing explanation of Mooney, Wormtail, Padfoot & Prongs always grates against me.
I then watched Burlesque which was a rehashed old formula but still...
Just watched Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader with my little 'uns... really enjoyed it but then I'm a sucker for anything Narnia! :)

Hahahaha... I just watched the trailer for the first time and am currently trying to convince my boys that they want to put the Wii remotes away and watch LotR with me... all three, non stop. They are fighting me on this though :(... I might win, there is still time... :D

Oh it's not for want of trying, I've picked it up and read the first 3/4 chapters around 3 times now and I just can't get the energy to plough through the remainder of it. I need to be in a certain place to go back to that world and immerse myself in the characters again and I'm just not there...
Ahhh back in the day I used to own an Atari thingymajig and I must say that I have to agree with Dave and go with:
Caterpillar
Space Invaders
Asteroids and a couple of others:
PacMan
Decathlon... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUe2t3EgL60
I would love to play this game again, the pain in the...
I hope you do like it...
hehehe... glad to hear I'm not the only one that just can't bring themselves to pick up ADWD...
I have instead opted for a possibly larger but more easy going book...
The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss...
xx
Just a quick update for you O' Squeaky One... I have now finished the book and have been thinking about how to describe it to you... all I can say is exquisite...
This is the first book in a very long time (fictional) that has kept me up into the early hours of the morning ravenously turning...
Well I liked it... couldn't help but laugh at Simpleton Arthur, he played that part ever so well!
Morgana is ridiculous, she really irritates me and Agravaine is just a moron, how do these people achieve such dastardly feats as the taking over of Camelot?
Camelot was taken too quickly for my...
Still laughing at and loving Dear Fatty by Dawn French.
Am making this book last as long as possible, I'm enjoying it so much and am treating myself to one chapter per night at bedtime!
xx
I've finally managed to finish Kraken. Thoroughly enjoyed it, lots of tangled webs Mr Mieville did weave and I enjoyed his take on religion(s).
Now reading Dear Fatty by Dawn French and no it's not Sci-Fi or Fantasy but it's a jolly good read and I think I'm developing a bit of a girl crush on...
