request hasn't reached me yet (from SS#4), so perhaps I should aim a little less convoluted?
 
I thought I would post my SS 4 story that I wrote for Victoria. I had some crazy idea that I could turn it into something publishable but I didn't and gave up on it so here it is in all its glory...o_O

Now that I look back to her request, this story is very vague on it

I would like a story that takes place in the space of a day (interpret that as you will) and which features anything but a human as the MC.

Dates (still open to discussion, but a good working plan) are in the first post of this thread. And I've pstickied it so it can't get lost (and unstickied some anonymous threads, as we can't post in polls or submissions any more, so only discussion seems worth maintaining high. For a little while).

Absolute last day for requests to be posted here would be July 31; earlier if no new requests for several days.

Assignments sent out by August 1; earlier if there have been no new requests for several days.

Writing in August and September.

Assignments sent back to me to be distributed by October 1; earlier if I get everything before then.

Remember also that excerpts and works-in-progress are perfectly acceptable.

I'd like a scary story set in the 70s, please. Usually disclaimer (no werewolves or vampires).

But vampires and werewolves are so fun.


The other parts of the 70's are much much scarier.
 
I'd like a story abut the Sicilian Mafia, set at least one thousand years in the future, with an anti-hero and a very likeable villain if possible. :)
