The Game will NOT be coming to PC. It's a shame, but i'm not going to buy any of the consoles it will be released on. Supposedly, it will be out of PS2 for this if you who own one that still works.

Despite the bad news for avid PC gamers, Lucas Arts seems to have outdone itself this time.

darn... i'm lucky i have a PS3 then... this game looks like it may have been difficult to control with a mouse and keyboard tho... so its probably for the best. a sixaxis would probably be better... or more intuitive at least.
though the wii control system looks truly cool - i mean force powers with the nunchuk and lightsabre with the stick... awesome. too bad for not true HD on Wii though...

Can I come over to play on the weekends?

Yeah, the game probably would be difficult with a mouse and keyboard.
I'm not certain my PC controller would do me any good either. It works well with Battlefront II

but not at all with Knights of the Old Republic 2.

Never could get used to mouse and keyboard.

This game does look good (despite the fact the character gets bombarded with laser bolts when performing a force move).

Lots of conversation lost here.

Wish it was coming to computer.

I am very disappointed in this game. What I thought would be a great, ingrossing experience just turned out to be a major disappointment with poor balancing, a certain hyped element that turned out to be a major pain, and a very short campaign as well.

Very disappointing.

That's a bit of a shame, a port could have ironed out the flaws which kept the game from being a proper classic instead of being a good game with large annoyances. I've completed the game once through on my housemates PS3 and its very fun (with degrees of huge frustration at times - the heyday of Lucasarts, the pinnical of level design that it once was, is most certainly gone). On the Wii, the graphical edge given by the PS3 is well and truly removed. And the supposed genius of the Wii remote control system doesn't materialise, and you definitely don't get the sense of Jedi coolness you get from using the conventional gamepad on the PS3.

Kinda like the prequels then....?? :p

This game was released on PC 2 years ago. Strange that it took so long to discover this. I wonder if Lucas Arts' feeling on this matter are clear.

The game isn't too difficult to control on the keyboard, but it does seem to crash after possibly an hour of play. That is very strange. My PC has no problem running Mass Effect 2, and Force Unleashed is inferior to the Mass effect games in almost all respects.

I too have this at home, but i haven't played it yet. (Still need to get the Force Unleashed 2.) I have heard a lot of mixed feedback for this.

I haven't gotten the second game yet either. I don't know if I will. I installed the the two patches for this this game (Both of them took forever! Longest patch installs I've ever experienced.) Then I performed a Clean Startup procedure.

The game crashes every 5 minutes now.

I'm not sure if it's quite ready for PC, but it could just be my PC. I don't know.

the storyline also leaves a lot to be desired. its a good thing that its not canon, and therefore can be whatever it needs to be for the games "story"

Lucas wanted it as canon (the light side ending of FU1)

he may have wanted it, but the FU has been declared officially non-canon.

Force Unleashed 2 is good but ridiculously short.

I've played the demo for ps3 and it was a blast, but the demo is a solid 10-15 min of play and I hear the actual $60 game only adds an hour or two to that. That might work for me though... people made the same complaints about Call of Duty 2, which I loved. Meanwhile the Batman game and Uncharted 2 both almost lost me at times because I'm not an avid gamer, so I'd set it away for long periods and then come back later having forgotten what I was doing. I'm 10 hours into Mass Effect and even though I kind of love it, I haven't touched it in a while just because I never seem to find time to really sit down and get into a game, which is required for longer, more complex games.

By who? Everywhere I've read, the good ending of Force Unleashed is canon

It's longer than an hour or 2 more. It's about a 5 - 6 hour game.

i'm pretty sure the only Canon part about Force Unleashed MAY be the novelisation. Which does have a "light side" ending.
