I know this has been done before, but I can't seem to find the old thread any longer. So, here's my books; at least the ones I haven't lend out...

I now have a nice bookcase, after having gone like 2 years with all my books in boxes! These aren't all my books, there's still another two boxes at my parent's house.. I'll cross that furniture-buying bridge when I come to it!

Here's the full length (and part of my big Dodgeball cutout!)

And this is a close up of the SpecFic section:

In the top middle is my baby, my signed copy of Pornucopia. I've got my other signed books to the left (all 4 of them! I'm slowly but surely increasing the collection...) and the Incarnations series to the right, because it's the most important. The next shelf is the Piers Anthony shelf, with the only Gemmell's I have with me at the moment. Then everything else is under that.

And I'd just like to point out that although the shelves look a bit bowed, they are, in fact, perfectly straight.

Well here are some shelves that are overloaded - I have very little storage space

note that these piles are 2 deep on the shelves - - I am that lacking in space

Big Salvatore fan I see mate. I have omnibus editions for a lot of those Forgotten Realms series myself.

Good to see an Ian Irvine fan. I've spoken with Ian before, he's a nice guy and I like his books.

Overread, I spot Erikson, Martin, Wurts, Feist, Hamilton, Herbert and the great one Robert E Howard, nice!...

I discovered Salvatore at the same time I discovered Icewind Dale, at the age of 15 The Dark Elf trilogy was the first time I had been that absorbed since The Hobbit

And I've been quite impressed by the scale and detail of Ian Irvine's books, plus the fact that the two sides seem to have equal chances!

Hey Overread, what's the Thunderbolt Kid like? I was considering reading that book.

Ian will be glad to hear this. A lot of members don't like his books much but I think they're a real romp and with some decent worldbuilding to boot...
